MAC Lady Danger review

A couple of weeks ago I swatched Lady Danger and knew i had to buy it. It has become very popular amongst celebs such as Rihanna and Kourtney Kardashian to name a few.

The lipstick it self is orange toned bright red. Its a matte finish however whats best about it compared to other MAC lipsticks it doesn't dry your lips out. It glides on really nicely and it lasts!
I was a little apprehensive at first as i feel with my almond skin tone i suit more reds such as ruby woo or russian red but surprisingly it looked fab. I have worn this on occasions but wore it once or twice in the day and it looked fab. Definitely an eye catcher!

Swatches

Let me know which your favourite MAC lipsticks are. Would love to try them.

Do you have eye bags?

Do you have eye bags?
Don't worry.
Try these natural remedies

Use cucumber slices. They refresh the eyes and reduce puffiness. Apply a slice over each eye daily and relax keeping your eyes closed 10-15 minutes.

Apply cool tea bags or an ice cube wrapped in a cloth to your eyes daily. The tannin in tea bags reduces swelling and discoloration. Lie down, preferably in the morning, and leave the cool and damp caffeinated tea bags over your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. Keep your eyes closed.

Use a potato. Place one uncooked potato into a liquidiser and liquidise the whole potato. Scoop out and place the pureed potato on your closed eyes .Keep it there for 30 minutes, lying on your back. Wash it off with warm water. This method works well for some people.

Use a frozen spoon. Put a spoon in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Take it out and cover the circles with it. Hold it until the spoon is warm again.

Use almond oil or Argan oil. Apply this on your dark circles every night before you go to sleep.

Most importantly get your sleep. A person needs at least 7-9hours a night.

Eat healthy! Drink lots of water. Dark circles can occur due to vitamin deficiency.

Quit smoking!

Fix nasal congestion. As mad as it sounds a blocked nose can result in dark circles under your eyes because the veins that drain from your eyes to your nose are darkened and dilated.

Do you want glowing skin?

Do you want glowing skin? A good sign of good health is good skin. As you get older unfortunately you are exposed to the sun but don't panic.

Add a pinch of irredessant by MAC into your foundation. This will instantly give you glowing skin. Alternatively you could add it to your moisturiser.

Start from the inside out. Make sure you drink plenty of water. When your body is hydrated this will show on the skin.

Make sure you’re eating lots of vegetables. Leafy greens are the best, and so are citrus fruits. Vitamins A, C and B are really important for glowing skin.

When out wear sun block. This doesn't mean only when the sun is out. Wear it everyday.

Treat your self with facials. If you can afford a professional one no problem. If not Its ok. Give your self a Steam Facial.

Facial scrubs are important. They help get rid of dead skin and reveal new glowing skin. Q

Olive oil is a great natural moisturiser. Helps in clearing the skin.

Argan oil is also a good moisturiser. It helps in getting rid of blemish scarring as well as dark circles.

Most importantly eat healthy, exercise and get enough sleep. You will notice the difference in your skin.

Nail care!

Hey guys!!
Have a look at your fingernails are they strong and healthy? Do you see ridges, dents or ridges? Not to worry here are a few tips on how to keep your nails healthy.
Unfortunately i have trouble with my nails. However here are a few tips and tricks for healthier nails.

1. Keeping your nails hydrated is very important. Rub a moisturiser mixed with vitamin E on your nails and cuticles just before you go to bed.

2.Keep your nails dry and clean. Clean under your nails.

3.Avoid filing your nails straight after you have come out of the shower. This is because your nails are already weak. Filing them can cause them to break. File them in one direction!

4. Wear gloves when washing dishes or using cleaners. Cleaning products can be harsh on the nails

5.Avoid biting your nails and cuticles this can cause infection.

6.Eat healthy! You are what you eat. Drink lots of water.

7. Bare nails are unprotected nails use at least a coat of clear polish or a base coat.

8.Rub garlic on your fingernails. As mad as it sounds it helps in the growth of nails. It also makes them stronger. Don't rinse your nails for one and a half hour. After this time wash your hands. If the smell has not gone use lemon to get rid of the smell. (Avoid getting this on skin. It may sting)

I hope this blog was helpful. Please do follow for some more helpful tips and tricks!
